Delete your Emelio account

You can permanently delete your Emelio account and its data at any time. This cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete it in the app (fastest)

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@emelio.ai from the address on your account (or tell us the email you signed up with) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes, from our systems:

• Your Emelio account and sign-in identity;
• Your profile, progress, practice history, favorites, practice routines, and settings;
• Files you uploaded (such as tab files or photos you imported to build a playable version), including the audio generated from them;
• Records associated with your account on our servers.

Usage analytics collected by Google Analytics are handled separately: you can reset the app's local analytics identity in Settings → Privacy → Delete my data, and review Google's controls at policies.google.com/privacy.

How long it takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days (usually much sooner).
