This notice covers emelio.ai the website and the waitlist. The Emelio app has its own privacy policy; that document governs everything the app does.
These pages are static files served from cloud infrastructure. Serving any web request involves processing your IP address and standard request metadata in transit. Beyond that transient processing:
Joining the waitlist means submitting the signup form on the home page: your email address and which platform you're waiting for (Android, iOS, or both). That's all the form collects, and it goes straight to our own API (api.emelio.ai) and into Emelio's own database on AWS. No third-party form provider, mailing-list service, or analytics tool is involved. We use it for exactly one thing: emailing you about Emelio access. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't share the address with anyone. Want it gone? Email privacy@emelio.ai and we'll delete the row.
